(A) Fan inspection (Before Installation) Fan Commissioning and Testing in fans Rosenberg
Check fan casing.
Check impeller for the correct degree set; turn the impeller so that it can rotate freely.
Check all bolts and nuts for tightness.
Check motor coils to earth (at least 1M ohm), ensure correct wiring is done.
Check motor coils are balances.
(B) Fan inspection (After Installation) Fan Commissioning and Testing in fans Rosenberg
Check motor coils to earth is more than 1M ohm
Check motor coils are balances.
Check electrical connections for tightness and correct wiring is done
Check 3 phase in coming supply before connections.
Check that the anti-vibration mounts are installed properly.
(C) Power On Fan Commissioning and Testing in fans Rosenberg
Confirm Over Load Setting.
Listen for abnormal noises and vibrations from fan.
Measure DOL startup current (6 – 7X of FLA for 3sec)
Check the incoming Voltage supply is correct and balance.
Measure running current (Below FLA).
Measure 3 phase current (Balance).
Check impeller rotation.
Check motor cooling airflow not obstructed.
Check that there is no abnormal noise from the fan.
