Adjusting the impeller pitch angle Rosenberg

 The blade angle marking are marked on the blades itself and with increment of 50.

 Loosen the fixing screws on the hub/clamp plate to free the impellers.

 Rotate the blades and align the new angle marking to the marking on the hub.

 Repeat the above step for all the blades.

 Re-tighten the hub/clamp plate evenly

 Rotate the impeller assembly and check each blades angle again.

One of the fixing screws on the impeller will be longer than the others, and will have

additional balance washers attached. It is VERY IMPORTANT to mark the blades,

hub and clamp plate etc. when disassemble. This is to maintaining existing static

balance of the Impeller.
